Dance repeats; optional lift at end.

Polska från Järvsö ("cupholder and badge" dance). Start side-by-side in standard position with outside hands joined. Step on 1&3, 4 measures. Standard polska turn, W's hands on M's shoulders, M's R hand on W's L shoulderblade, M's left hand draped over W's right elbow in "cupholder" position. Polska for one phrase. End with W's back to LOD, M facing LOD; W's R hand on M's chest with his L hand holding it. Walk forward in LOD, with bouncy step on each beat. Alternate Polska with walking.

Hambopolska med Vals från Järvsö (alternate hambo with CCW waltz). Start with inside hands joined, facing partner. Two measures step on 1&3, first forward in LOD, then back. Two more measures to get into hambo turn in the usual manner. Do hambo turn for a phrase, ending with M's back to LOD. On beats 1&3, step out of the circle (M's L, W's R), then start CCW waltz with M stepping back on R foot, W stepping forward on L foot. Waltz CCW for a phrase, ending with M facing in LOD. On beats 1&3, step into the circle (M's L, W's R), then start hambo turn. Alternate hambo with waltz.

Hambopolska med Bakmes från Loos (bouncy hambo alternates with "jumpy" bakmes). Start with inside hands joined, facing partner. Two measures step on all 3 beats, first forward in LOD, then back. Two more measures to get into hambo turn in the usual manner. Do hambo turn for a phrase, ending with M facing in LOD. Stay in hambo hold, but slightly offset with W to M's L side. M starts bakmes step (described below) on L foot, W starts on R. Continue bakmes for a phrase, ending with M facing LOD or with M facing out of circle, then back to hambo. Note that it may feel like a 1/2 measure "fudge" is required for M at the bakmes-hambo transitions. This is normal. Bakmes: Chug on R foot while extending L leg around one's partner; pivot slightly on L and step on R so that when L heel is brought to R foot, there has been a 180° change of direction. Pivot and take small step on R to complete the turn (this is where W starts her bakmes). Start with R chug again. (W's "chug" step is a bit less "jumpy" than M's.)

Zavrzlana. Walk or grapevine in pattern of 15,15,3,3,7,3,3,7 steps (that's +1 for those counting beats), starting to the right.
