Weekly Schedule

IFD@C is a club open to all. You can come at any time, but we start with about 90 minutes of teaching followed by request dancing.

As a courtesy to other dancers, we request that you avoid wearing strong fragrances. This is also the stated policy of our off-campus location, Lifelong Center.

Unless otherwise indicated below, we dance from 7:30 pm to 10:30 pm. The first 90 minutes is used to teach dances from a specific region; this is followed by request dancing (with review as needed) from all regions.
